How does TORU work?
TORU is an intelligent picking robot that can collect and transport shoe boxes and prepare them for order delivery. At a time, it can carry as many as 16 boxes that weigh up to 2 kg each. Thanks to its telescopic gripper TORU can reach shelves that are up to 2.5 meters high, which is frequently very time-consuming for human workers.
